About Indian Premier League 2026

The Indian Premier League 2026 is the 19th edition of the world's biggest T20 cricket franchise tournament, organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Ten teams compete across 74 league matches between March and May 2026, with the top four advancing to playoffs. Royal Challengers Bengaluru enter as defending champions after winning their maiden title in 2025.

Every IPL 2026 match is broadcast live on Star Sports Network and streamed free on JioHotstar. Evening matches begin at 7:30 PM IST, with afternoon fixtures starting at 3:30 PM IST on double-header weekends.
